SHIPPING: BRG fills it's orders directly from the manufacturer. As such, there are often times when one order's merchandise will ship from multiple facilities. Most BRG items leave the manufacturer's facilities within 2 to 3 business days. Most Pool Tables will ship within 5 to 7 days. There are times, however, when high volumes and seasonal influences can delay shipments. During these times larger items, (i.e. pool tables), may take up to 4 weeks to deliver. Custom items such as NFL / MLB products can take up to 6 weeks to deliver. Please note that the time frames above represent the average amount of time necessary for the manufacturer to package and ready your order for shipment. It does not represent an actual 'door to door' delivery time. Actual delivery time is a factor of both shipping methods and the carrier's current load at the time of ordering. At this time, BRG does NOT ship internationally.
Receiving Procedures for Billiard Tables and Other Large Items: All table deliveries are "curb-side", meaning that the shipping company is only responsible for getting the product to the customer's address; the customer is responsible for unloading the product and getting it inside. BRG does not offer installation of pool tables. As such, it is highly recommended that a professional installs your new table. We are glad to assist in locating a professional installer in your area. Simply email us and we will provide a list of qualified installers in your area. Within two business days of shipping, The freight company (carrier) will contact you via email or phone to arrange a delivery date. It is important that the customer be present at the agreed upon delivery time. Some carriers will charge for missed appointments and storage fees. All such fees are the full responsibility of the customer. We suggest you ask the freight company for a contact name to follow up with if necessary.
SHIPPING POLICIES: 1. BRG will send the less costly remedy of 1) replacement part(s) or 2) replacement of the entire order on the condition that the customer notes the damage(s) to the product(s) received on the delivery receipt at the time of receipt of the product(s).
2. If damage is discovered AFTER signing the delivery receipt the customer MUST notify BRG within 48 hours preferably by e- mail describing the damage to the item. Customers are encourage to take photos of the damage to speed up the return process.
3. Damages noted after signing the delivery receipt will result in a delay of the replacement part until the claim from the shipping carrier is settled. (Approximately 30 - 45 days). The customer has the option of paying for the replacement and then receiving the credit when the claim is resolved.

5. Orders shipped with UPS (United Parcel Service) require a signature upon delivery. Order may ship without signature required on customer's request, at the sole risk of the customer. All packages shipped UPS automatically receive a delivery confirmation. If an order has been deemed delivered by UPS, BRG is not responsible for the package being lost, stolen, missing, etc. However in the case of a damaged package, we will assist you in filing a claim, receiving a new product, etc.
Tracking Your Package Currently BRG does not offer an on-site tracking solution for tracking your packages, but depending on how your package is shipped you still can track it. If your package is shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) you may visit there website at http://www. ups.com/content/us/en/index.jsx. Once you visit this site, in the bottom left corner there is a search form you can use to track your package. Just enter your UPS tracking number given to you by BRG. (Your tracking number is automatically emailed to you when the product is shipped.
RETURN POLICY AND OUR GUARANTEE: Customers are expected to inspect the product for damage. If the box has obvious damage, open it and inspect the table for damage. If the driver will not allow you to open the packaging to inspect the table before signing for it, put "subject to inspection" next to your signature. It is recommended that you assemble your products as soon as possible, as that is the best way to catch hidden damages. Hidden damage is damage that is not readily spotted during a standard visual inspection. There is a limited amount of time to report hidden damages.
All BRG products are guaranteed to be free of factory defects. All freight damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee (customer). Freight and/ or factory defects must be reported at the time of delivery by contacting customer service at our toll free number.
All items returned for personal reasons will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipment costs. BRG will NOT accept returns on Custom orders unless factory or freight damage is present. All Returns must be received, at customer’s expense, within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be unused! Used products will NOT be accepted for return. This is necessary so that we can continue to provide the most competitive prices for our customers. BRG will NEVER sell or restock used products!
