1. A standard size pool table is 8 feet. This is the size you will find in most home recreation rooms. A professional or regulation
size table is 9 feet long. Most people purchasing a table for there homes would buy an 8-foot table. Tables that are played in bars
and pool halls will use a wide range of sizes from 7 to 10 foot tables, depending on the games played (i.e. snooker tables are
usually 10 feet) and how much room there is.
2 Most BRG items leave the warehouse within 2 to 3 business days. There are times, however, when high volumes and
seasonal influences can delay shipments. During these times larger items, (i.e. pool tables), may take up to 3 weeks to deliver.
Custom items such as Murrey Billiard Tables and NFL / MLB products can take up to 6 weeks to deliver. BRG will ship all Billiard &
Over sized Game Tables FREE anywhere in the continental United States
3. Items such as cue sticks, billiard balls, and Dart boards will ship via UPS. If an email is specified at time of purchase, a
tracking number will be sent to the customer when the item ships. For items such as pool tables, foosball tables, air hockey table or
any furniture items over 100 lbs will usually ship via freight lines. Some products over 100 lbs can be shipped via UPS. Getting
tracking number for the items shipped Motor Freight can take up to 2-1/2 weeks to get. Most large items are shipped from the
manufacturer, so receiving a tracking number may not be easily accessible.
4. BRG believes a pool table is nice to look at, but more fun to actually USE! Therefore we go against most of our competitors
and include FREE DELUXE ACCESSORY KITS WITH EVERY BILLIARD TABLE PURCHASE. While the kits can vary (See product
description page for kit details) most tables comes with 2 cues, a set of balls, chalk, bridge, rule book, and an 8-ball rack.
5. Below is a chart of the recommend room size for different size pool tables with the corresponding cue stick size. We also
offer 36” or 40” “Shorty” cue sticks for those tight areas. Most people will tell you these little sticks are A MUST HAVE.

6. The price of the tables does not include installation. However, as a courtesy to our customers BRG offers assistance in
finding installers in your area. When placing an order online, write a comment in the comments section that you would like
assistance in finding a local installer. We do not give out installers’ info until after the time of purchase.
7. The cost of installation generally cost $250-$350. On average, the cost of installation has been about $280. Obviously, cost
is a component of time and any special situations will increase cost. BRG provides this information as a general reference ONLY
and will not be held to the costs listed.
8. All slate pool tables come with a warranty of any manufacturer defects. That does not include wear and tear on the table or
tables that are commercially used.
9. All slate tables come with 3-piece slate. Due to the weight of slate it would be very difficult to ship single piece slate beds
and would greatly increase freight damage. Aside from the shipping disadvantages, home installation would also be all more
difficult.
10. As in most things in life, you’ll generally get what you pay for. Most of the tables that come with 1” slate are going to provide
a better playing and longer lasting playing surface. However, the average recreational player will generally not notice the difference
between playing surfaces and a very small minority of players could ever tell the difference between a 3/4" slate and a 1” slate bed.
BRG prides itself in offering only quality billiard tables to meet a wide range of individual budgets and needs.
11. The tables are shipped using a freight company and come on pallet. The shipping is considered curbside delivery. This
means that the freight company is only responsible for delivering the item to the curb (or street front) of the residence. It is usually
the responsibility of the customer to move the item from the curbside to the residence. Depending upon the individual driver, some
are willing to get your table into your garage or safe place that is accessible. Again, this type of “extra” service is NOT included in the
shipping cost and is ALWAYS up to the individual driver. The shipping company and it’s employees are not affiliated in any way
with Billiard Room Games.Com or it’s parent company Penhurst Games and will NOT be held responsible for any damage that
occurs from this type of activity. The tables are unassembled and require installation. Some Billiard Tables and Most air hockey
and foosball tables only require the installation of legs. Since some of the billiard tables we sell are professional grade, installation
instructions are NOT ALWAYS sent with all billiard tables. BRG strongly suggests professional installation of its billiard tables.
12. BRG currently does NOT ship internationally.
13. We use phone numbers and emails only to contact our customers. We do not sell any information give to us. All credit
card info is deleted 30 days after the sale the date. BRG is a reputable company, and has a standing contract with Yahoo.
14. Free shipping is for customers that live in the continental U.S. only. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
15. Only shipments made to the state of Illinois are required to pay a sales tax. All other states orders are tax-free.
