All Gen II’s are made with heavy duty premium vinyl armrest which resists scratching and scuffing. Wrapped under the premium vinyl armrest lies a specially designed 2 inch high-density memory foam padding which offers plush comfort for hours of continuous play. The playing surface sits above a 1/2 inch playing foam foundation, and is made of an exclusive wool/nylon blend that will never scratch or pill. The collapsible legs are constructed from 2mm coated steel, providing the highest level of strength and table integrity. Finally, each Gen II Custom Professional poker table comes with our exclusive “box frame” support system, which ensures that your table never sags or warps. |

Due to the weight (approx 100lbs) and size (84") of this item, each table will be carefully crated (free) into an 8' x 4' x 1' secure crate, and shipped via freight. Each table is shipped via ground freight fully insured to provide the highest level of protection. Shipping generally takes no longer than 7 days, and is usually delivered in 4 to 5. We take great pride in our products, and take every measure to ensure your table is flawless upon arrival. |

We are so confident in our quality control standards; we offer a one year guarantee on all our Gen II, V3 and
Premium Series poker tables. This is our way of giving our customers a bit of peace of mind. All Gen IIs, V3s and
Premium tables come with a 365 day materials and construction warrantee. Within a year, if you find a problem
relating exclusively to materials or construction, we will replace your unit. Say the surface fuzzes or the legs fall
off unprovoked, you’re covered!
Unfortunately, our 1 year guarantee does not cover wear and tear and user induced accidents. As much as we
would like to, we cannot cover everything that our tables will be put through, especially because beer and cards
go hand in hand. Torn vinyl from incorrect moving (always move your table with 2 people!), beer stains, or
damage from improper use of table are not covered. Be nice to your table and it will last a life time.
We may ask for digital documentation for damage claims, but if it’s our fault we’ll replace it or make it right
immediately
